Summer Honey is a full flavored, refreshing summer seasonal ale. Brewed with a unique, balanced blend of spices, Northwest Hops, and Montana honey. Summer Honey is brewed during the early days of spring and released around the first of May each year. Light colored, light bodied, and very drinkable, Summer Honey sacrifices nothing to create a flavorful beer that can be enjoyed during the height of the Summer. Available April - September.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, herbs, and a bit of milk. The flavor is sweet with notes of herbs and malt, leading to a bitter finish. Boring.

[email protected] 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks J.S.!). Pale yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, honey, some mild grains and toffee. Flavour is honey, toffee, mild nectar as well as some mild wooden notes. Thin and not all that balanced.

Slight haze on this pale gold beer. Tidy white head. Light tangy malt nose. Light dry palate, a little soft. Lagerish malt, a little sweet. Yes there is a little honey. Finishes dry. Overall too dry and somewhat insipid.

Bottle from my GBBF haul 2010 ... realy nice golden amber ... light spiced honey lager hop nose ... dry hop ... light bitter ... light sweety honey quite grassy.
