Arôme au bouquet de seigle bien prononcé, légèrement fruité, rétro levure.
Plais super épais venant du seigle, fini sec pointe de malt pâle et cara, amertume reste modérée. Le plus marquant restant l’épaisseur en bouche conférée par le seigle.
Odessa, Fl - on tap at the tap room (cool place). Sparkling, medium orange pour, soft white head , nice film of lacing. Light minty aroma, touch of spruce. Howler from PCB ABC. Pours a surprisingly dark copper color with a creamy head of tiny tan bubbles. Light aroma of hops, caramel and rye spice. Bigger flavor of caramel malt, medium bitterness and some slice in the finish with lingering bitterness. Drat at the Big Storm tasting room (Storm Room). Pours a slightly hazed copper amber color with an off-white head. Excellent lacing along the glass. Lots of rye, roasted caramel malt and hops in the nose with a touch of resin. Similar flavor with a nice punch of hops and spices. Fair amount of bitterness in the finish. Large sample pour of medium amber with no head. Doesn’t build a was either. Nose is sweet malt and cinnamon? That may be the glass, cause that’s a strange one.... Flavor is rye and sweetness, a little cocoa and molasses with a bit of zest.

Hazy brown color, teal head. Rye, spicy, bitter, mineral taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Rye, spicy scent.
On draft at Big Storm. Pours a hazy dark brown ale brown color with an off-tan head. Nose is roasted malts, some spicy rye, and some spices with some dry cocoa. Holy crap was this beer good! Had on draft at the Brass Tap in Wesley Chapel and was very impressed. I love a good rye ale, and was surprised and excited to see this new local offering up on the board. It was excellent. Pours a deep, dark, red that almost looked like a stout in the bars dim lighting, with a nice fluffy head. Very rich rye flavor, with nice medium body and good mouthfeel. Great session beer. On draft at the Brandon Brass Tap, poured a dark amber color with aromas of dry rye, roasted malt, and some ligt spice. Dlavors are he same, light watery overall, not my cup of tea for a rye beer. Found out the abv is 5.8%
