COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Atlas is Big Time’s most popular beer. Its mixture of pale, crystal, Munich, and light dextrin malts, with just a few pounds of roasted barley, give it a rich, robust malt flavor, and three distinctive Northwestern hop varieties (Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial) impart an aggressive hop character.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with small white head that lasts. The aroma is rye and toasted malt. Thin body, rye, bready malt, metallic finish, ok.

Mijn eerste Amerikaanse Amber Ale. Zeer lekker en verfrissen, wel een donkere kleur.

[3/2/15] Draught at Big Time Brewery in Seattle. Clear amber. Buttery aroma. Sweetish buttery flavor with some toasty and caramelly malt and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied.

On tap at Big Time, pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out bready caramel malt and a very gentle resinous hoppiness. Flavour is fairly bland but clean and pleasant, with bready caramel malts showcasing - not much hops at all. Very solid if unexciting.

Ferris (16106) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 6, 2015
Draft - Light caramel and pale malts. Clear copper with a decent beige head. Caramel and hoppy bitterness, with an oddly bitter fruity finish.

What you would expect from an amber ale, just the right flavor but nothing too exciting. -- rated via 'Find A Beer' for Blackberry 10

Draught at the brewpub, 4.5% ABV
Hazy amber color. The aroma is mild. It has a quite nice flavor of caramel, with light nuttyness; compared to other Amber Ales, this one has just an impression of sweetness and fruitiness, therefore it’s a better one; correct bitterness.
Good Amber Ale.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, nuts, fruits, malt and hops. Semi bitter finish.
