A nice coffee flavored stout, unfortunately a little too bitter in the initial taste.

Roasted malts, chocolate, light vanilla, molasses, dough, coffee. Full bodied. Black. Really nice. Balanced and approachable. mintzmeet (457) - Seattle, Washington, USA - NOV 25, 2016
Smells meaty, but delicious. Tastes delicious too. Mmm! Some serious oatmeal flavor/texture here. Coffee malt ? Dark. tiong (7342) - Espoo, FINLAND - MAY 20, 2016
Draught @ Big Time, Seattle, WA. Pours pitch black with a smooth brown head. Aroma of roasty malts, coffee, syrup, cocoa and vanilla. Taste is crisp, biscuity and roasty with some coffee, chocolate, cocoa and syrup. Finish is smooth, sweetish and slightly roasty with some coffee and cocoa. Pretty good, although a bit sweetish. beastiefan2k (4007) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - MAY 12, 2016
Surprising beer b/c Big Time has been a waste of my time since I moved to Seattle. This may be the last time I come here. Met up with Pruf as a sort of bon voyage to Big Time. Black beer, brown head. A dry, well attenuated beer. A bitter roast malt end. Chocolate flavor, low hop. Dry black malt flavor. An un-big imperial stout. I could do this again. cobaink2 (718) - seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 4, 2016
Pint from brewery. Pours a thick black chocolate head. First taste is increadably good. Lots of layers of chocolate, coffee and small amounts of hops. Really love this.

Draft at Big Time. Small tan head, opaque, dark. Aroma of bitter roasted grains, coffee and dark chocolate. Taste: big bitter coffee. Dark chocolate. Sweetness underneath but with a big dose of roasty bitterness. Some cereal (but that might just be the name working it’s way into my subconscious). Some smokiness here too. There’s something else there ... not metallic, but ... well, something I can’t place my finger on -- sucks to be anybody else reading this. Palate: oily. Soft carb. Medium-full body. Overall: The name is great, as are the listed ingredients -- I wish I could taste them, but instead I just think "that’s cool; I like cereal." Tastes like a very decent imperial stout to me. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - DEC 26, 2012
Draft at btbc. Pours blackblackblack with a dense and creamy dark tan mousse with suds and heavy sheets of lace. Big ashy burnt and roasty nose with prunes and soy and chocolate under. Creamy thick body with soft carb. Roast, baking chocolate, prunes, soy, even a bit of black liquorice...virtually every known impy flavor element is here. Long roasty finish. Damn this is tight. Massive chocolate sweetness. Kind of tastes like chocolate cookie dough. Would give founders breakfast stout a run for its money. No abv listed but doesnt seem detectable. Delicious. Hour later... bartender said this was "it’s one of our strongest. It’s an imperial stout." BrewDad (5328) - Olympia, Washington, USA - DEC 23, 2012
Dark black in color, with a thin head. Super deep dark malts lots of cereal like flavors. This was a very good beer.
