Draught at the brewpub, 5.4% ABVsaxo (18851) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 9, 2012
Black color, with creamy head. Not very Porter, but it has a nice aroma of roasted malts. There is some flavor of very dark chocolate, but covered by the high roastiness character; in the final, with the roasted malts and ashes, there is still some underlying chocolate.
More Stout than Porter, but good.
Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, licorice, some lactose, caramel and hops. Dry finish. harrisoni (18812) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - OCT 17, 2006
On tap at Big Time, Seattle. Very deep ruby colour, tan head. Coffee porter, nice malts up front, then lots of sherberty hop on end. Nice charcoal aroma and in mouth but not sure the hoppy finish works.

On tap at Big Time, pours a dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out notes of charcoal in typical coal porter fashion. Flavour is well-balanced, with dry cocoa powder and light roast. Decent porter, just nothing special. Oakes (17831) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 5, 2006
