COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A multiple medal winner in previous Great American Beer Festivals, Prime Time’s delicate malt flavor and gently balanced hoppiness make it approachable to those unfamiliar with microbrewed beers, yet still has a sophistication that pleases seasoned drinkers of real ales. Prime Time Pale is brewed with Northwestern 2-row pale malt and just a touch each of English crystal and light dextrin malts. It is hopped with Yakima Chinook and Cascade in addition to German Hersbruckers.

CampesinoTino (800) - Seattle, Washington, USA - AUG 13, 2012
Bomber. Pours a bright yellowish golden color with a solid cap of white foam. Aroma is mostly grassy hops, citrus and malt. The taste is orange citrus and floral hops upfront followed by some toasted grain, honey and biscuit malt. The body is smooth with medium-level carbonation. The finish brings more citrus and mild honey sweetness. Should pair well with brewpub fare.

On tap at Big Time, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Nose is pleasant, with notes of floral hops, light citrus and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with floral and citrus hops, and balanced with dry biscuity malt. Very clean and balanced, with lots of flavour. Very nicely constructed pale.

Seattle, Wa. - on tap at the brewpub. Light copper pour, bubbly white head, light lace. Fruity aroma with a hint of spruce and some back end floral notes. Nice subtle bitter citrusy notes, a hint of nuttiness and some peaches in the back end. Thick enough mouthfeel.

fiulijn (20491) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 16, 2012
Draught at the brewpub
Hazy golden color, with creamy head. Some malt and caramel, the aroma is mild, the flavor is more pronounced; the hopping is fade, without prominent aromatic characteristics; there is unfortunately a light feeling of pond water.
A simple beer; the only one at the brewery that is a bit meh.

corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 10, 2012
Draft at the brewpub in Seattle. Pours a slightly cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 1.5 finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Chunks of lace left behind. Sligtly earthy aroma with subtly spicy, grassy hops that are countered by sweet fruit notes and pale malt.  Hints of straw, grass, pineapple and faint lemon peel countered by bread and biscuit.  Medium bodied with a nice balance of dry, bitter hops, sweet citrus and pale malts.  Grassy and dry up front but not too bitter with subtle fruit notes and a very light malt presence balancing things out.  Hints of bread, biscuit and graham cracker with a sweet yet dry finish.  Very easy to drink.
