COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s come to be known as our fifth regular beer. A little bit bolder than the Bhagwan, with a greater depth of hop character through extensive first wort hopping. It’s got all the C hops stuff that we love, just more.

On tap at brewery in Seattle. Pours clear orange with spritz of white head and lacing. Aroma: honeysuckle flowers, pine, honey, fresh-cut lawn. Flavor: full-on satisfying bitterness from hop cocktail, honey. Mouthfeel: medium-bodied, but drinks fuller.

Tap at the brewery. Plastic cup? First beer of the West Coast Brewery Road Trip. Consumed with commonshawn and rosskyle. Aroma is essentially standard IPA...hops and citrus. Attractive appearance that would have benefited from a pint glass. Taste leans more on the hop resin side of things. Mild tropical fruit. End is mostly bitter with hops taking over. A decent beer. Feels like a precursor for a West Coast IPA-athon. Not big time...more middle time.

Cask pour pint at Special Brews. Pours a copper color with a ton of foam head and lace. Very mild hops aroma. Medium body with some grassy hops, and minimum bitterness. For whatever reason, this was an average IPA for me. Nothing special, but not bad either. I’ll try again on a regular tap and rerate.

Straightforward and dandy IPA from Big Time. True to style and happy to be simple.

On tap at the brewery. Clear darker yellow pour with a white head. Hard to describe the hop notes, perhaps citrusy. Good body, balance, and mouthfeel.
