An approachable, tasty lager perfect for summer. There's a lovely biscuit-like malt finish after the wave of clean lager flavor... Quite tasty.

Aromas of honey, sweet corn, bread. Simple beer, fairly well executed. Decent for a somewhat pedestrian style. Maybe tone down the sweetness and it would be even better. hfmejias (1282) - Marshall, Minnesota, USA - JAN 16, 2016
16 Fl. Oz. Can. Clear, golden, big and foamy white head. aroma of biscuit, malts and some yeast. Taste is also quite bready, some yeast and the sweetness of malts. refreshing and easy to drink, but certainly not great, perhaps a decent summer beer. pkbites (938) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 28, 2015
Can. Odd aroma., hard to place it. Baby food? Pears? Diaper rash cream? (I’m not kidding about that!). Slightly cloudy orange/yellow pour. Head is thick, foamy, and soapy. Sticky lacing on the glass. Artificial? Hardly any flavor upfront and a quick finish. But some bitter hops in the aftertaste. This really tries but it’s weird and overall not worth the effort. Why would I pay a premium price for beer that tries to taste like Mexican when I can pay a premium price and actually drink beer that was Mexican? Duh!!!! How does one say "pass" in Spanish? Oh, yeah: Pasar! portableparty (2347) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - OCT 4, 2015
Pours a straw gold color with a lasting tight frothy white head. Aroma has sweet grain corn pretty straight forward. Taste is more sweet grain corn little off putting bitterness. Palate is thin and chalky gritty aftertaste. Very blah. Atom (2421) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - SEP 10, 2015
Pint can pours a hazy golden/orange with a large off-white head. Aroma of doughy yeast and sweet malt. Taste of cheap malt sweetness and an unpleasant bitterness.

Sampled at Northgate Andover beer tasting. Mild, but tasty. This is a contender for a good hot summer day beer. commonshawn (1239) - Minnesota, USA - MAY 5, 2015
Tap at new bohemia. Gold with small white head. Nice aroma of sweetness and light grain. Sweet grain taste, light with a little bit of bite. Good for a hot day. Better than expected. drowland (8629) - Georgia, USA - JAN 29, 2015
1/28/15. 16oz can from Happy’s in Cedar Falls. Really starting to regret buying 4 Big Wood cans. Yellow pour with a small off-white head that sizzles away, basically no lacing. Nasty aroma - corn, corn chips, huge apple, even fusel... the flavor is sadly the same, corn, tons of apple, fusel... if this was handed to me blind, I might think it was malt liquor, and bad malt liquor at that. Can - big foamy head, dark straw color, sweet corn and wheat aroma and flavor, fair earthy hop finish, mild fruit notes - not bad for what it is, definitely better than a Corona or something.

The brewer is asking bars to serve this with lime. Lightly hazed gold. White bread, hay and grist aroma; the citric acid is helpful. Crystal clear flavor with no off colors. Airy pepper notes, honeyed cereals, and dry grass, again aided by the citrus addition. Sparkly and open palate. This is a well executed, clean and simple example; a laudable accomplishment.
