COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our tribute to the San Diego hop pioneers of yore, those legendary figures from the ancient times of last decade or two that got the entire world hooked on hop bombs. You can practically feel the ocean breeze in our San Dog IPA, from the pale gold color to the rich tropical aromas of pineapple, mango and grapefruit pith to the mix of fruity and piney flavors on the palette. This exceptionally clean and highly drinkable beer is as perfectly balanced as the San Diego weather.

From bottle at home. Pours a clear golden colour with lacy head. Nice refreshing beer with a fruity flavour and slight hoppy finish. Lasting aftertaste is slightly sweet like golden syrup. (K)

Bottle from Bottle Barn. Medium golden with small frothy head. Light citrus aroma, fruity, sweet, small hop notes. Taste has the hops out front, sharp and biting. Malts underneath, some citrus, but its the hops that will linger for a while. Smooth and tasty. Solid IPA.

Bomber pours clear golden with a one-finger white head and good lacing. The aroma is citrus, pineapple, mango, medium intensity. Flavor is good but not exciting, citrusy with a touch of pine, medium bitter. Fairly clean and crisp on the feel. Decent.
