The ‘Bink blond’ was the first who came out of the barrels. It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. This beer with a hoppy character is the perfect thirst-quencher. The ingredients are: two types of malt, two belgian types of hop, brewing liquor and yeast. Our ‘Bink blond’ is a fresh and lightly digestable beer with a hoppy flavour and a bitter aftertaste. The alcohol content of this ‘powerful’ beer is 5,5 % vol.alc.

Orange gold, bit murky, frothy head. A: sour, sour cabbage note, fresh malts, lemon, wood note, white grape nite, yeast. Not bad. T: follows aroma, decent mouthfeel, smooth. Malts, lemon in finish. Lacks some depth because of low abv, but I'll have this over a lager any day.

Hazy dark golden with a fluffy white head. Yeasty fruity aroma. Sweet taste. A typical Belgian blond but a good one at that.

From the 11.2 fl oz bottle. The pour is amber-orange with almost no head. The aroma is toasted bread, biscuit, Belgian yeast, and a touch of spice. Light to medium body. Toasted biscuit sweetness with moderate bitterness at the end. It has a lot of the expected Belgian characters but it is not a standout.

Hopverdju (1192) - BELGIUM - NOV 29, 2015
Goudblond en troebel met witte dikke schuimkraag. Geur: fruitig, appel, moutig, grassig hoppig. Smaak: hopbitter, saaz hop? Mooie lange droge bitterige afdronk. Heerlijk alternatief voor pils.

Bornyensis (321) - BELGIUM - NOV 9, 2015
Een bier met 2 moutsoorten en 3 Belgische hopsoorten. Karakterbier, fris en licht verteerbaar, fruitige smaak en hoppige neus.

Bottle. Nose is classic Belgian, with a herbal hoppy note. Taste is herbal, lightly funky, dry with a medicinal and her hop note. It seems to have a dry brett charecter with hints of leather. Lots of tangerine, marmalade and orange rind notes. A delicious low abv Belgian blond with lots of depth if a little thin.

[9/21/15] Bottle at ’t Brugs Beertje in Bruges. Hazy deep golden. Oxidized aroma with yeast, malt, cardboard, fruitiness. Sweetish flavor with malt, a bit of cardboard, fruits, and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied. Could be fresher.

I think this beer comes from a package at Mi Orge Mi Houblon of beers sharing characteristics with Orval. Orange body white head. Hops hay malt with a long finish. Very drinkable and refreshing beer
