The ‘Bink blond’ was the first who came out of the barrels. It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. This beer with a hoppy character is the perfect thirst-quencher. The ingredients are: two types of malt, two belgian types of hop, brewing liquor and yeast. Our ‘Bink blond’ is a fresh and lightly digestable beer with a hoppy flavour and a bitter aftertaste. The alcohol content of this ‘powerful’ beer is 5,5 % vol.alc.

F: average frothy white head. C: orange gold hazy. A: malt, citrusy, grassy hops, coriander, spicy. T: quite bitter for this style, orange peels, grapefruit, malt, citrusy, spicy yeasty, earthiness, dusty, medium body, lively carbonation, very good beer for that 5,5% ABV, worth to try.

330cc bottle. Pours dark blond with thin head. Nice sweet start. Malty, light caramel. Strong yeast flavours like banana, spices. Floral and spicy hops. Finishes quite bitter for the style. It really feels tasty for a low belgian abv. It would fit better in this style a bit more carbonation.

A Blonde Beer with a lightly bitter and hoppy aftertaste. I somehow have the feeling it is spiced like the Leffe Blonde (it reminded me of that beer). Very decent beer.

First of three in Bink tasting series. True gold, white head, nice pour. Aroma is funky farmhouse fresh - saisony and nice. Flavor pretty good if a bit sticky. Cool old-school label art.
