Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks eyes_wide_shut. Pours golden with a medium head, aroma of urine, corn, mint and lemon, flavor of malt, herbs, light bitterness, light bodied

Picked this up in a can in a grocery store in Athens. How many warning flags are in that statement? It might be the only beer in the world to use 5 grains, but there might be a frontier we didn’t need to cross. It is, forgettable. Clear gold with white head. Hay malt, with a mild bitterness. No notable hop presence. It’s meh.

Pours golden with a white creamy head. Aroma of malts and grain. Am I crazy if I say that it even smell organic? Taste is corny sweet with decent bittersweet finish. Crisp and sweet.

0,33l Flasche. Goldgelbes Bier mit weissem Schaum. Das wars mit dem Positiven. Süsslicher Getreideduft. Geschmack hat was von asiatischem Bier. Obs am Reis und Mais liegt?! Uninspiriert bitterer Abgang. Junge Junge, Griechenland ist schwierig...

Bottle at Zithos restaurant, Thessaloniki. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of corn, caramel, hop and straw. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Light to medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2017 Bottle 330ml (BB 09.2017). Clear, golden colour with small white head, minimal lacing. No hop, no bitterness, maybe tiny - 10 IBU, no body, a bit malty like corn. Golden a bit bitter water, good for hot day. For sure drinkable but that is all what I can say about this beer. On the small plus side, no defects.

Can 33cl. from AB supermarket Nafplio. Poured into a lager glass. Clear pale golden, small foamy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing; sweet corny nose, aroma pale malts, corn, hay; taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, corny; rather plain light sweetbitter aftertaste, thin mouthfeel; light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation; disappointing. Rated 13/10/16.

King_Alex_II (1228) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 3, 2016
Clear yellow color, foam ring. Malty and lagery nose. Malty start, wet malty/grainy follow up, sweet and hoppy bitterness in the finish. Old malty aftertaste.

anstei (2254) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - JUN 26, 2016
Bottle. Rather low aroma, refreshing hop notes. Aftertaste in the mouth is rather dirty and bitter, probably the mash of 5 malts. Unbalanced. Meh.

6/17/2011 12:55:14 PM Bottle at Athens Airport. Dark gold beer with puffy head. Faint, corny nose. Taste of malts, grains, a tad sweet. Bitter in the finish. Okay.
