Adenila (1560) - DENMARK - MAR 30, 2008
From 2006 and drunk March 2008, think it would be way better if it was fresh. Hazy deep orange with a small white head. Aroma was strong spicey along with fermented mandarine (was probably fresh few years ago), the spices included cloves and pepper. Flavor was sweet/spicey and completly lacking hops i think.

Ungstrup (37905) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 19, 2008
Bottled. A gusher when opened. A murky orange beer with lots of sediment floating around under a lazing tan head with small specks of sediment. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of oranges and caramel, but also a light plastic note. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of spices, caramel, and oranges, leading to a dry spicy finish, the spices include cinnamon and cloves. Drunk a month prior to the best before date - should probably have a shorter best before date on it, since I think the gushing is due to too much refermentation in the bottle.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAR 1, 2008
It’s a vintage 2006 and I had it January 2008. Red-golden and hazy with a huge, nice head. The aroma has notes of Christmas spices, orange, malt, caramel and sweetness. The mouthfeel is annoying, the carbonation makes it very fizzy. The flavour has a slightly bitter grapefruit note, a light sweetness, spices, old (OK meant) orange peal, slightly sour malt and grapefruit in the finish. IMO the balance could have been better.

fonefan (49568) - VestJylland, DENMARK - DEC 19, 2007
Bottle. Unclear light to medium amber color with a huge, frothy, excellent lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, hay, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, peper, spices, pepper. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, and moderate bitter with a long to average duration, and a nice dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is lively to soft. (171107)

yespr (45869) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - APR 26, 2007
Bottle bought in Tivoli gardens. Pours amber with a light brown head. Aroma of spices, roasted/caramel malt. Flavour is sweet, somewhat fruity and spicy/herbal. Dry finish. Overall an enjoying Christmas brew.

bager (2120) - Copenhagen N, DENMARK - APR 23, 2007
Bottled. Clear (though still chunky) deep amber collured with an off-white head. Oh my god the sweetnessss! Notes of syrups, candied sugar, bread and liqouriice. Very sticky and strange.

Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 16, 2007
Bottle (Per). Clear amber (with small parts in) - white head. Sweetness, candy, caramel, raisins, ryebread, sharp, licorice, a bit sour. It sounds good - but is a bit wierd.

sunevdj (4094) - Copenhagen OE, DENMARK - APR 16, 2007
Pours a dark amber with a tanned head. Smelled of vinegar as I opened the bottle after that brown sugar with a hint of apple. VERY sweet with lots of caramel and fudge flavors. Buttery, I suspect a diacetyl infection. Dry and very sweet finish with some flowers and sugar. Way too sweet.

gunnfryd (14972) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - FEB 4, 2007
Bottle. Brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is hop, cellar notes, fruit. Flavour is sweet, hop, cellar notes. Mild and easy drinkable.
