Euston Tap. Keg. 5.0% abv. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp. Light floralness and mild tangy citrus. Mild pine. Crispy minerally finish. Not much yeast here, which I don’t have a problem with that. It’s also pretty drinkable. But why so damn expensive?

Bottle from Whole Foods Piccadilly. I concur with everything EdKing said in his review, except I didn’t get the funk or barley husk. It’s an excellent pale ale though. Yeast and orange citrus fruits on the aroma. Sherberty hops in a firmish pale malt palate. Good bitterness on the finish balanced by an orange sweetness. Taut, dry and austere. I mean I love it. It’s like the homebrew I wish I could brew. My kind of pale ale, yeast character, citrus fruits, and dry austerity. Wonderful. A definite rebuy.
