pours hazy lightly golden with a towering bubbly white head, nice lacing. lots of berry fruitiness - saeiszon fruity and peppery notes; crackery maltiness, white grapes, astringent wood, oranges and citrus. almost foamy carbonation, light body; gently tart and woodsy-spicy finish. yogurt/sour cream with added orange blossom. some lambic wooden character. unique. but not oustanding. Bottle at Eulogy. Hazy golden orange pour with a large frothy white head. Lots of carbonation. Lasting thick layer of foam - which keeps things creamy. Sour dark amber fruit with a good amount of drying wood tannins. Apricot fuzz. Cherry pineapple. Clementines. Bruised peaches. Medium-light caramels. Honey wheat bread. Duck sauce. Some of the flavors feel more artificial as it warms, but it balance very good. djd07 (15356) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 12, 2015

Это пиво вкусное. я, конечно, рекомен& его всем, что любит хорошую Craft пива! EdKing (2640) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 9, 2015
Bottle from GBBF 2014. Gushed when opened with a big hollow sounding pop. Light golden amber, touch of haze, lots of effervescent bubble rising up the glass. Soft bubbly large white head. Nose is funky, musty barn, horse blanket, effervescent soda, light urine, lightly sour, light vinegar, pale malt grain, fusty musty grain. Taste is light vinegar sour, light acidic sour, pale malt grain, horse blanket, tangy funky farmyard, soda water. It’s decent. My only complaint would be the body is light and a bit weak.

Gushing bottle when opened. Pours a hazy golden orange with bubbly off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of funky must, wood, sweet grain, and phenolic esters. Taste is basically cantillon gueuze to me, which is in no way a bad thing, maybe a bit boozier. Highly carbonated, bubbly and effervescent, definitely more gueuze than saison to me, but freaking awesome. olliejobbins (1578) - Dorking, Surrey, ENGLAND - DEC 21, 2014
bottle in Delirium cafe. Like their "Re Ale", this was massively discounted to about 4 euros due to being well past its sell by date. Opened it and lost some as it was a bit of a gusher (wahey). Unfortunately I don’t remember too much else as this was probably my 30+th beer of the day and I had just had 750ml of Re Ale. Anyway, i will try it again one day when it’s in date! dfroms (477) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - DEC 16, 2014

Thanks Tim M. Cheesy, light Lambic sourness, funk and fizz. Light sourness, bit of a spritz. Interesting mix. Lychee like?

Bottle shared at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 1 - London. Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy white head. The nose holds sweat and slightly rotten lemon. Light sweet flavor with more old lemon, grain, apple, light bready malts. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly sweet to finish with a bit of tart citrus fruits and more sweat. OK overall.
