Saison with einkorn.

W nosie średnio/mało intensywnie trochę zboża, słodów i cytrusów w tle delikatne nuty saisonowe. Barwa ciemnozłota, spore zamglenie, piana nie za waysoka o drobnych i średnich ziarnach. W smaku dość wytawne, cytrusowe i zbożowe, minimalnie słodowe. Goryczka ledwie zaznaczona. Niczym się nie wyróżnia. Butelka do 12.2018

In der Nase Pfirsich-Prosecco. Im Trunk erstmal recht bitter, dann Säure, leichte Frucht, hinten wieder bitter. Sehr kantig, unrund. Nicht ganz einfach zu trinken.

33cl fancy bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 29-06-2017.

BBD: 09-2018.

In short: sweet cereal ale.

Did I enjoy it: not really, a bit boring.

Pours little hazy golden with nice white head. Moderate head retention, some lacing. Cereal, sweet nose, some citrusy. Light to medium body, average carbonation, oily texture. Taste is sweet, cereal, some dull and boring.

I thought this beer was really nice. Light and airy with fruit throughout. It’s crisp and clean with nice, light fruit flavors.

SlackerMads (3543) - DENMARK - DEC 3, 2016
Bottle. Light hazy golden with a medium sized white head with good lace, retention and regeneration. Sour and light spicy nose. Sourdough, rhubarb, peach. The flavour is slightly perfume with flowers, hay, mild dough and herbs. Medium body, soft carbonation, medium sweet and light sour. Fruity finish with some sweetness. Not really my thing.
