Il 55% di Triticum Monococcum (il primo cereale addomesticato sulla Terra) viene aggiunto al malto d’orzo, diventando l’attore protagonista di questa birra. Questo antico cereale dona alla birra meravigliose note resinose e speziate che si sposano alla perfezione con quelle di frutta a polpa gialla.Il risultato è una birra di grande equilibrio, delicata e morbida, che accarezza il palato e soddisfa ogni senso.

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2014 Bottle share for Colin’s 40th. Hazed golden straw coloured pour with small whte head. Aroma is floral lemon berry and straw. Flavour is bubble gum lemon berry. Tasty beer. Goes down pretty east. Wheaty doughy and very clean ferment. Not much specialty grain.
