COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Saison with einkorn.

Bottle from Rakuten. I thought this was a weizen but it turns out it is a Belgian Pale Ale brewed with Einkorn Wheat. It was a bit of an odd beer, it poured a nice golden copper with a thin quickly dissipating head. The aroma was candy like with citrus notes. The flavor was sweet and tasted a bit like oranges. Some people thought it was sour, some thought it had sorachi ace & someone else thought it was made using Brett... I think it was probably just the odd wheat used in the brewing coming through, quite interesting & unique.

Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JAN 9, 2011
Bottle at Mondial 2010. Pours a slight hazed golden with a decent white head. Aroma is herbal, grass, slight tartness, lemon-lime juice, flowery hibiscus and dandelion with some grassy herbs- lemongrass and chamomile. Flavor is yuzu citrus fruitiness lemon lime with some slight orange zest, grassy, green mint, peach, dry airy crisp crackery malts, toast, light tobacco leaf with some dank weed, ginger and club soda mineral airiness with spritz in the end. Strange beer, but not bad.

michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 28, 2011
Draught at TND: Faint fruit aroma with some hints of sugars and grains. Poured amber/gold in color with a small, white head that diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer, as well as around the edges. Hazy. Sparkling. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of light malt, grains, slight fruit, slight herbs, and some bready malts. Medium body. Slightly tingly, then lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet, grain, bread malt, slight fruit finish.

Bottle from Ashburn wine market. Pours peach with a small white head. HD a bit of a Heineken skunk nose at first but that faded into a slight fruitiness. I Get some coriander on the tongue. The finish has some bite to it. Solid.
