Saison with einkorn.

Bottle. Nice flowery aroma, perhaps fruit, perhaps elderflower. Cloudy yellow colour. Almost no head. The flavour is nice and mildly sweet. Good flowery flavour, a lot like the aroma, but a bit more subdued. Refreshing.

On tap. Pours with a very lightly hazed golden yellow hue with a white head. Aromas are floral, perfumey, coriander, potpourri, lightly grainy, vanilla. Flavors are of lavender and coriander. Mild phenols, light fruit, perfume and a bit grainy. Crisp, lively bubbles (too lively), dry. Tasty.

Tap at Brasserie V. Glowing orange-tan. Steady off-white head. Odd, astringent herbal aroma. Interesting watery malt body, not unlike a Bierre de Garde. Finishes abruptly watery. Spiced candy orange, apple, cinnamon tones. Quite unique. Golden creamy malt tones, quite doughy. Fairly straightforward, not as odd as the aroma would suggest. Enjoyable enough, just a little bland and unrefined, medicinal, herbal. Rip-off price brings it down a few points.

Bottle @ The WWGT2D? Tasting. The pours gold with a small head. The nose is smokey herbs. Lemon-brushed grass and ribbon candy. The taste is pretty clean. Mild grain, a bit of anise and fennel. Lemon and white grapes. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, solid.
