COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Saison with einkorn.

kermis (14955) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - AUG 6, 2012
Bottle shared at Beer Temple tasting. Pours hazy golden with a ring off white head. Aroma of spice, yeast, bread. Flavour is initial medium sweetness, light bitter, calming into a strange soft finish, maybe lactose. Medium bodies with soft carbonation.

Whole Foods, Bowery 37.5cl ($5): Pours an ever so slightly golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity, herbal, and even a bit metallic. Taste is herbal tea like, but a lot sweeter, with a hefty malt backbone. Some lingering pretentious candy taste. Reminds me a bit of Turkish delight. Not bad.

DiarmaidBHK (6137) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 22, 2013
Bottle from Ashburn wine market. Pours peach with a small white head. HD a bit of a Heineken skunk nose at first but that faded into a slight fruitiness. I Get some coriander on the tongue. The finish has some bite to it. Solid.

Unclear golden, aroma of weissbier, slightly hoppy in taste. A decent weissbier made with spelt.

Orange nose. Cloudy amber, thin head. Whole orange and lemon flavor. Not really distinctive and it’s pricey. It tastes good though.

Troebel, donker goud, geelwitte kraag. Combinatie van een zuurtje, zoetje, gist en wat boerderij. Doet me denken aan lemon curd. Ook licht kruidig. Wel aardig, maar wel blij dat het van 14 voor 3 euro was.

11.1 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a thin white head that lasts. Taste is of malt, grass, wood, wheat, citrus, spice, some hops and yeast. Similar aroma. Has a decent body with a citrus and spice finish. Easy to drink and enjoyable.
