(Rating #7304)

My Bottom Line:
Lactic and acetic acid dominate the strawberries and their pear juice allusions(?!), leading to grapefruity edges and plenty of sourness.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the cloudy pale blond.
-White wine vinegar appears in the finish.
-Yogurt notes dominate the actual fruitiness of the strawberries.
-The sour splash in the end is not my cup of tea.

How : bottle Appearance : hazy orange with a minimal white head. Aroma : way to perfumey, some strawberry jam and honey in the back. Palate : light body, average carbonation.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’ place. Thanks troubles. Hazy amber. Lactic, then rotten, moldy cheese, with some petrol and berries in the nose. Very sour taste with a hint of phenol. Medium body, phenolic finish.

Like running through a fragrant strawberry field at the height of the season. Glowing hazy Orange red with a ring of head. If a sour strawberry could melt into your mouth this is what it would taste and feel like.
