COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A brand-new beer from a brand-new, very promising head-brewer. India Pale Ale following the American Pale Ale style with a fruity aroma (grapefruit), with peppery notes (East Kent Goldings), a rich taste of malts (Maris Otter and Crystal), with a very long bitter and citrus finish typical of Cascade hops.

33. cl. bottle (purchased from Horse, Berlin). Rather clear but still a bit hazy amber colour with a medium-sized and long lasting off-white head. Aroma is very pleasant with sweet grapefruit, tropical fruits, a bit of honey, flowers, and some spices. Taste starts with medium-sweet malts, then arrives a very nice light sourness and then a hoppy medium bitterness which is quite savoury. It is a medium-bodied, creamy textured beer with soft to average carbonation. A bit bitter, spicy and long finish. I really liked this one. Very well-balanced and really enjoyable.

Creamy, just white head stayed well on a hazy dark orange coloured body. Very sweet aroma of peach, melon & haribos. Nice thick body feel, smooth to the fore & a tang on the back. Slightly malty on the tip & this very quickly turns across the tongue to a fruity blast of sweet citrus, orange, nectarine, melon, grapefruit & quite hoppy.

Sep. ’16. A 0.33 l bottle at La Regina del Formaggio, Split. It poured a hazy copper body with medium sized head. Light aroma of caramel, some malty brown sugar, dried fruits and touch with ripe citrus hops. Flavor was lightly bitter, herbal hoppy with equally dominating caramel and fruity malts. Medium to full in body with quite a long finish, which was again a play of herbal and earthy, even peppery bitterness and brown sugar, caramel and fruity malts. Very pleasant malty APA.

Bottle. Light reddish amber with a medium sized off white head with good lace, retention and regeneration. Mild nose with honey, flowers, citrus and dust. The flavour follows: Honey, wood, and dry flowers. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, medium sweet and bitter. Soft and fluffy mouthfeel. Lacking on flavour and a bit on the sweet side.

330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Intensely hoppy aroma with citric fruits and pine and a distinct malty note (light caramel). Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. The taste starts lightly sweet with a medium bitterness, that enhances towards the finish and becomes a little bit too lingering. Fruity flavor, ripe tropical fruits, orange, peach, mango, lychee with malty notes (caramel) and a bitter hoppy finish.
