COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A brand-new beer from a brand-new, very promising head-brewer. India Pale Ale following the American Pale Ale style with a fruity aroma (grapefruit), with peppery notes (East Kent Goldings), a rich taste of malts (Maris Otter and Crystal), with a very long bitter and citrus finish typical of Cascade hops.

Another great well balanced beer from Birra Del Borgo. They might now be commercial but they are still making great beers!. Nice malt driven profile with great hop character.

Tap beer.

DocLock (10647) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 19, 2016
Dense and turbid brown pour with tan head. Nose is bready brown malt, figgy fruit, resiny hops, black pepper. Tastes rich, dense on the tongue, with grapefruit, toffee, figs, and resiny hops. Like a red IPA and APA hybrid, this one shines.

hrabren (1175) - Zagreb, CROATIA - AUG 11, 2016
Murky amber to brown, medium, lasting off-white head, sparkling. Very aromatic, dry fruits, toasty, biscuit, candy. Bitter kick, malty flavors, sweet with some alcohol present. Medium to full body, dry hoppy finish. Very good, a classic example.

Teran (327) - Belgrade, SERBIA - JUL 22, 2016
Slightly hazy red colour, light beige top. Bottle fermented, hoppy, APA with EU touch. Nice effort, nice carbonation, medium body, complex but nicely balanced. Pine bitter, candied fruits, very drinkable.
