Bottled. An amber beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and a bit of straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 10, 2010
Bottle 33 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours an almost clear amber with an off-white head. Spicy aroma, some hops up there. Medium body, some dry caramel and again spicy American aroma hops that doesn’t leave any greater bitterness though. Good American style Amber Ale. 070610

Leighton (21755) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 16, 2011
Bottle at the Freedom Traveller, Rome. Pours a barely foggy russet with a foamy, whispy white head. Fine pine hops in the nose, along with some grass and citrus rinds. Great flavor, has some nice caramel sugars, bready malts, light resins, and some juicy orange. Solid medium body with average carbonation. The finish is well-balanced, light toast malts, piney hops, some bitter citrus grapefruit and orange. Really nice beer.

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2010 2010-06-05, RBESG 2010, draught at Open Baladin, 7-5-7-4-14=37
Hazy dark amber color, creamy head. Light caramel aroma. Good malt and caramel flavor, strong body, quite some residual sweetness. It has strong bitterness, evident yeast action, and almost a light herbal touch. Solid. Good.

2010-03-09, bottle from Eataly, Milan, 5-4-6-3-13=31
Hazy deep amber color. The aroma is mild, with light vegetables and puke. It has a reasonable caramel flavor, sweetish, with pleasant hopping, but also a vein of vegetables, mainly the aftertaste. To be improved.

Bottled 330ml (Eataly Genova, BB 12/2013)
Hazy dark amber color, small off-white head. A bit of caramel and nuttyness in the nose. Medium-bodied. Light palate. Front is slightly sweet, then toasted-nutty maltyness and again sweetish-fruity finish. Not very hoppy. Probably brewed for food?
