Bottle at the Freedom Traveller, Rome. Pours a barely foggy russet with a foamy, whispy white head. Fine pine hops in the nose, along with some grass and citrus rinds. Great flavor, has some nice caramel sugars, bready malts, light resins, and some juicy orange. Solid medium body with average carbonation. The finish is well-balanced, light toast malts, piney hops, some bitter citrus grapefruit and orange. Really nice beer. fiulijn (20806) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 14, 2010

Hazy dark amber color, creamy head. Light caramel aroma. Good malt and caramel flavor, strong body, quite some residual sweetness. It has strong bitterness, evident yeast action, and almost a light herbal touch. Solid. Good.

Hazy deep amber color. The aroma is mild, with light vegetables and puke. It has a reasonable caramel flavor, sweetish, with pleasant hopping, but also a vein of vegetables, mainly the aftertaste. To be improved.

bottle @ eataly. It pors amber with a huge white head on top. Medium body. Aroma is caramel and toast with a good bitterness that lasts and balances everything very well. Good beer. NBird (626) - Perth, West Australia, AUSTRALIA - AUG 9, 2013
Medium amber, small white head. Smells..malty bread styles, honey, maybe..some banana a little hops, but mostly malts. Tastes..strong on the American pale malts a real honey like flavour, , a touch fruity in a banana sense, maybe some apricot, pretty easy drinking..some bite from the alcohol though at only 6% Marko (5758) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 1, 2009

After a messy Bruna and a sublime Dorata came this... Poured a murky darker orange body, lovely colour but the fact that it has almost no head ruins the appearance. Very light fruity nose, maybe some bitter hopiness. Fine tangy arometic piney hopiness. A bit fruity, dry, refreshing, with a bitter hoppy aftertaste. Like the Dorata, very nice and quite likable.
