Ambrata chiara, opalescente, bassa persistenza della schiuma. Carbonatazione medio-bassa, corpo medio-pieno. Aroma erbacea (macchia mediterranea), leggermente agrumata e maltata (miele), lieve nota acetica.

Molto buona!!!

Interessante birra al miele. Nota amara finale forse eccessiva e dovuta alla particolarità dello stesso. Lavorano bene sull’Amiata.

Hazy light amber color; medium sized head. Aroma of forest honey, and some of the house signature; deep and elegant. Medium body strength, some straws, malt, honey and vegetables; correct bitterness.
Correctly brewed, but it’s still a honey beer…

Pours a hazy, dark golden orange color with golden yellow edges and a 2.5 finger frothy, pillowy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring.  Soapy lacing left behind. Slight musty/earthy aroma with floral hops, pine needle, light fruit and honey.  Subtle bready yeast and light fruit, especially apple and pear.  Some faint citrus as well. Medium bodied with a balance of earthy hops, roasted malt and sweet honey.  Earthy with some dry bitterness lingering throughout.  Some toasted malt with hints of caramel and toffee countered by apricot, apple and tangerine sweetness.  Hops are a but dirt/soily and the honey presence is faint but it’s still a decently drinkable beer.
