Kosmokrator (849) - ITALY - JUN 12, 2014
UPDATED: NOV 19, 2015 Alla spina.

On tap. A decent very light pils, nothing special though. Drinkable after a day travelling.

Birra gradevole, molto dissetante. Sentori di montagna ad ogni sorso, si avverte subito che questa birra rispecchia l'acqua pura che scorre tra le valli dolomitiche. Il luppolo poi è sapientemente miscelato per rendere questa birra un'esperienza unica. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Incredibly nondescript but totally inoffensive. Imagine if that was a description of you.

330ml bottle. Pours a slightly dull, medium gold, with a thin white head. Malty, slightly oxidized aroma, cardboard, diacetyl, citrus. Dry, medium body and bitterness, slightly low CO2. Malty taste, diacetyl, cardboard, citrus. (2012-07-20)

I definitely expected more. Had some pilsner qualities but was looking for more. Bottle in new Orleans. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

jackl (8417) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAY 1, 2012
Bottle enjoyed at a ski station on top of Monte Baldo, Italy. The pour is clear golden with a massive, airy white head. Initially, the nose is beautiful - very floral, sweet and playful. But the aroma dissipates so quickly that I wonder as if I completely imagined the majestic first impression this beer gives. Subsequent aroma is grain, light bready malt. The taste is spring water and light banana. Some honey, corn, more light malts. The carbonation is active. Overall, not great.

ronaldtheriot (1992) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - MAR 5, 2012
Birra Dolomiti Pils has a very thick, white head and a clear, golden appearance, with lots of streaming bubbles and a good amount of lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of light and sweet barley malt. One tastes lightly-toasted barley malt, sweet bread, a touch of hop bitterness at the end, and just a dash of lemon. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and Birra Dolomiti Pils finishes crisp, clean, and refreshing. Drinkability is exceptional. Overall, this is a very good beer, and I recommend it. RJT

wlajwl (7063) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - DEC 15, 2011
The appearance is dirty blonde while the aroma is bready with a bit of grit/spice to the malts. The flavor is similar to the aroma with a dirty element to it. Didn’t have the highest expectations but it was passable.

taphandle (1135) - Texas, USA - SEP 4, 2011
Clear, yellow, good carbonation. Some malt taste with a very light taste of bitterness. A good light brew, but not outstanding.
