zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 2, 2011
Bottle from a supermarket in the dolomite mountains. Arouma is light grains some bread, peacches apples and some oxidation. Caramel sweetness, some fruit and light tarts. Light mineral water taste and bitter hops inthe finish. Water from the dolomite mountains is delicious, tho this beer is so-so... needs more hops.

16.09 pint bottle from Capital Market,Salem.$3.99 Actually a nice bright sunny yellow lager with a small big bubbled head. Aroma also is quite pleasing, buscuity/bready malts and a hint of German style hop. Taste is mainly malty , soft bready and likeable enough..touch of Saaz also. Well carbonated mouthfeel..but average to OK for the style. Overall a simple yet drinkable euro-lager

DocLock (10659) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 15, 2011
16.9 oz bottle from Wegman’s. Pours gold with 2-finger white head. Nose is pale malkt, hopcitrus, mild across the pond thiols. Tastes pale malty, grainy, with finishing hopcitrus. A fairly non offensive pale lager, but not much going on here.

hell, i love my euro lagers super and premium so were off to a great start .. . hello - Pours a light gold .. . medium lacing, low but constant head pool .. . hay is the main player, with light grainy sweetness and light corn .. . a decent lager, better than the miller lite tin (aluminum chad!) i was drinking while watching today’s rose bowl, with chad, kel, paul, cole and maya...
