Birra Dolomiti Pils has a very thick, white head and a clear, golden appearance, with lots of streaming bubbles and a good amount of lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of light and sweet barley malt. One tastes lightly-toasted barley malt, sweet bread, a touch of hop bitterness at the end, and just a dash of lemon. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and Birra Dolomiti Pils finishes crisp, clean, and refreshing. Drinkability is exceptional. Overall, this is a very good beer, and I recommend it. RJT

Enjoyed in the Dolomites at a local restaurant. Very sweet light flavor. Golden. Thin fading head. Nice art work. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

hell, i love my euro lagers super and premium so were off to a great start .. . hello - Pours a light gold .. . medium lacing, low but constant head pool .. . hay is the main player, with light grainy sweetness and light corn .. . a decent lager, better than the miller lite tin (aluminum chad!) i was drinking while watching today’s rose bowl, with chad, kel, paul, cole and maya...

On tap at arugula in North Bay. Clear gold pour, medium white head. Clean, simple cereal, pale pils malt aroma. Solid mouth feel and carb is a tad low. Finish is crisp, slightly dry, and low on the bitterness, but some decent cereal and malts. a great warm day patio beer.

Bottled 0,33L. Good head of medium resistance. Light golden golor with nice bubbly aspect. Malty, pleasant grain notes, alcohol, fresh grassy. Medium bitter content, refreshing, cellar.

Birra gradevole, molto dissetante. Sentori di montagna ad ogni sorso, si avverte subito che questa birra rispecchia l'acqua pura che scorre tra le valli dolomitiche. Il luppolo poi è sapientemente miscelato per rendere questa birra un'esperienza unica. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

May 23, 2015 - at Mezza Notte - on draught. After a long hot sweaty day I don’t think I was all that objective. Oh well. Bubbly clear oily and refractive gold with a nice long-lasting thick white head; extra nitro in the mix? Clean light pils aroma - simple honey and heather, no noticeable ugly adjuncts - wheaty even. Taste follows, a tad sweeter, but still more heather than honey, light timothy bitterness. Soft, light but chewy mouthfeel, finishes quick with a little bit of a gummy linger on the palate. Solid enough, if dull. BUT QUENCHING!

On tap. A decent very light pils, nothing special though. Drinkable after a day travelling.

16.09 pint bottle from Capital Market,Salem.$3.99 Actually a nice bright sunny yellow lager with a small big bubbled head. Aroma also is quite pleasing, buscuity/bready malts and a hint of German style hop. Taste is mainly malty , soft bready and likeable enough..touch of Saaz also. Well carbonated mouthfeel..but average to OK for the style. Overall a simple yet drinkable euro-lager

Smells good, a little malt. Looks like pee. Flavor is a bit malty, not heavy or funky. Certainly a drinkable beer on a hot day in vegas.
