good malty taste, that shows its sweetness but well compensated with bitterness. i little bit floral in the beginning but doesn´t make any problem if you are eating. Although its normal i think its a good beer dnicolaescu (2683) - Chișinău, MOLDOVA - APR 14, 2013
Head: white creamy and frothy, medium sized. Colour: golden.
Aroma: malty sweet, with some hop bitterness and a dirty soapy note too. Taste: matly and a bit of floral hops, but a very watery finish. graziano85 (474) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAR 26, 2013
UPDATED: JUN 1, 2016 Not too fizzy, white head, golden colour...not bad....it’s ok with a pizza, I thought was worse, instead it’s ok. sinte (587) - Udine, ITALY - FEB 11, 2013
Clear, pale yellow body with a small, fizzy, white head, fully diminishing with virtally no lacing.
Very light malty aroma with some hoppy notes (flowers).
Light bitter flavour.
Light body with a watery texture; soft carbonation; moderate metallic feeling in the finish. SheffieldSteel (117) - St Nikolai im Sausal, AUSTRIA - NOV 23, 2012
66cl bottle. Pours thick foamy white head. Colour is pale gold. Aroma of freshly cut summer grass. Medium carbonation. Taste light sweet and medium bitter with walnut and winey notes. Finish is bitter and short. Taste is reminiscent of some of the Austrian Märzens. A good standard beer for quenching the thirst on a boiling Italian summer afternoon.

Compared with normal Birra Moretti, not too different, but is a good deal sweeter than your usual pale lager. Drank straight from the bottle, unfortunately so I coudnt check out the color or aroma.
Tap @ La Nostra Terrazzo, Peschiera. Pours clear golden with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma is quite malty, little pine, mild grassy. Low carbonation, fairly dry and a bit thin mouthfeel. Flavour is light malty, some sugary sweetness, light citric. Mild bitterness. MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - AUG 22, 2012
Bottle. Clear golden color, white head. Skunky aroma, some malts. Bit sweet flavor, nothing special, decent thirst quencher. villevav (506) - FINLAND - JUL 23, 2012
Baffo d´Oro has a relatively sturdy malty body and light hopping and average carbonation in the palate. While it might be ok with food, as such the beer is dull and the marginally better taste cannot not compensate the somewhat unpleasant flat malty aftertaste.
