COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

12 oz. bottle. Kind of a skunk when opened. It kicks up a head half the height of the straight lager glass. Gold pils color, a touch of scarlet in the light. Smell improves in the glass, but can’t bring much that could be called "beer." Malts hard to pick out, but I do get a slight bitterness. Mostly standard Heinie clone, though as an import it may have been out too long. Shame, because their Rosso is pretty nice.

Poured from bottle. Pale yellow. Had with an Italian meal, of course. Pretty nice, crisp and refreshing lager. Nothing spectacular, but very drinkable.

bottle. an industrial pale lager. The typical huge brewey product but a little better. Is a pleasant beer altough there´s nothing special. Just drink it cold on a summer day.

Not so bad, not so good. hard to rate these pale lagers. Not much to note here, but moderately pleasant, bitterness okay. Didn’t notice much sourness like some other raters.

330 ml bottle. One finger platina blond head. Pale yellow/golden body. Dry pale malts, hay and straw in the aroma, with some light skunky notes. Semi-sweet grainy flavors without the required bitterness to balance. Starving body. A rather unpleasant sourness in the finish Not that bad, only a predictable macrolager.

Bottle Poured a light pale yellow with a nice amount of white foamy head. Aroma is grassy and sweet, kinda pilsnerish. Flavor a little watery, slight bitterness, sweet and smooth. Better than Peroni yo me..

33 cL bottle (that’s what it says, I’m not so sure though). Pours pale yellow with a crispy white head. Aroma is grass, hay, bitterhops and a touch of malt. Flavour is slight sweet malty, very soft. Goes slight bitter towards the end. It does exactly what it should on a hot day: refreshing!
