COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Bottled, 0.50l. Clear golden color with medium frothy white head and poor lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, grainy malt and citrus notes. Taste starts sweet malty, a bit buttery, then followed grainy crisp and dry, while finished mildly bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Average quality lager with attractive bottle :)

33cl bottle. It is a light italian beer and almost untasting. :) Luckily, as the aromas are maizy citric and light smoke. Fizzy Co2 can’t hide the sidetastes. Drink it at near 0 Celsius, the cold maybe helpes to consume the whole bottle.

Can. Clear pale yellow body, huge soapy white head with average retention and some lacing. Aroma of herbs, grains, some skunky and metallic notes. Taste of grains, corn, dusty herbs and mineral water. Inoffensive.

Pale yellow, with a medium white head. Grainy sweetness, cardboard, …sprite? Medium sweetness, with a light bitter finish. Watery, a bit empty body, with lively carbonation.
Light and watery, bland pale lager, with reminiscence of lemonade. Easy to pair with anything, because it almost tastes like nothing.

Sprankelend vol bier met een broodachtige smaak. Erg dorstlessend! Aangename smaakontwikkeling.

This isn’t bad really. Average in nearly every respect. Fairly weak taste but good as a summer BBQ beer I’d say.

Pours straw. Small amount of cereal in the nose. Bland malt and not much else; watery. Standard macro lager.
