COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Went out for some pizza on my wifes birthday and saw this one on tap. I think this may be my first from Italy. Came out a pale straw yellow with a thin white head on top. Nose is straw, lemon zest, grains. Thinner body, but amply carbonated. Decent crisp refreshing feel. Simple flavors white bread, lemon, a bit of lime, simple grains. This was decently refreshing and went quite well with my pizza. Nothing Id go out of my way to get, but nothing Id turn down either.

330ml bottle (bb 1 Mar 2018) at St Cuthberts Golf Club, Prestwick on 15 Apr 2017, oaty, pale malty aroma, golden with a thin off-white head, flavour as aroma, not overly fizzy.

330 or 660 ml bottle from every supermarket in Italy. Colour is pale yellow with a medium froathy white head. Aroma is most malty and notes of herbs and grass. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness. Very popular but not because of high quality.

Well, even Italians shy away from this. You have to try it once as a warning.

Can from Riki, thanks pal! Aroma is awful. Almost like its after bb date (it was not!) But looks okay. Tastes much better than smells, dont expect anything special from Heineken though.

E una birra a bassa fermentazione, adatta a qualsiasi momento della giornata: non si tratta infatti di una birra impegnativa, grazie al basso contenuto alcolico.

Keg, Crab and Anchor, Farnborough. Choice of macro, macro or macro. Standard sharp lager aroma. Looks decent enough - amber, bubbly, creamy white head. Served coollddd, which may have added to the lack of flava. Light bitter. Malty. Gets sweeter, saccharine and dough. Watery. Soft carbonation. Short finish. Other than the soft palate just has no impact. However at least its not minging.

No flavor really, but was okay when you are eating super salty Italian food.
