Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Pours a very clear golden with a thin white head that leaves pretty good lacing. Nose is of corn for the most part but there is also some grassy/herbal notes in the back. Taste is pretty dull with some sweet corn and a very light bitterness. Body is light, carbonation moderate. Overall its just another macro lager, nothing really worth writing about.

En bouche : cest une pils pas de doute . Note malts un peu caramel trs lger et note cralier important aussi un peu de mas qui donne de la lgret. Pas exceptionnel. Bu avec un pizza il en fallait pas plus .

330 ml bottle into lager glass, bottled on 6/20/2016. Pours crystal clear pale golden/straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of cracker, corn, biscuit, light honey, floral, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, corn, biscuit, light honey, floral, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of cracker, corn, biscuit, floral, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/bready/grainy, and slightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is a good pale lager. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Flavorful with a nice body for the low ABV; never feels thin or watery. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Clear pale golden blond beer, small creamy irregular white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit sweet, corn, some marijuana, little malty, cow stable, grains. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: grains, bit of cow fodder, pretty bitter, sweet, little cheesy. Aftertaste: little sweet, malty, some grains, meh.

Poured from a 50cl can at home. Pale yellow-gold with a medium size, but quickly diminishing, white head. Grain/hay/slight wheat aroma with a slight citrus aroma. Medium to light bodied. Bitterness is quite impressive for a pale lager: fits this beer nicely. Medium to medium high carbonation. Overall, much better than expected!
