Brewed with Vermentino grape from the Azienda Agricola Torre in Pietra.
Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, mosto d’uva (25%), luppolo, lievito. 16,5° Plato.

A "one of a kind" beer created from the combination of Vermentino wine and our moderately hopped wort. The result is a sparkling blonde beer with a light body and with a rich bouquet that is fruity and delicate to nose and, in the mouth, accompanied by freshness of malts used. Beer subject to natural sediment. Ingredients: water, barley malt, grape must (25%), hops, yeast. 16,5° Plato.

Unique bottle, but sheesh does this pour fizzy. Head was completely gone in about 10 seconds, like a soda. Color is a murky golden-copper. Nose is cereal, grasses, grape taffy. Very spritzy as suspected, sweet graininess, apricot, lingering fruity pepper. An interesting beer but not really my thing.

Attractive flask shaped 330ml dark bottle, unfiltered, from Beers Of Europe. Tastes like a bland standard global lager, though with some vague musty fruit. The mustiness increases toward the end. I wasn't paying much attention when I first started drinking and assumed this was a standard lager until I read the bottle and find that this is a "one of a kind" beer. Gee, it doesn't taste that way guys. And where the fuck is the 6%? This has a very wimpy body for even a standard lager, let alone a 6%. Some friends brought round some Carling lagers for our bonfire party, which they left behind. I can honestly say that the Carling is the better beer, and at 4% has more body than this. O dear, I've bought a selection of beers by this Roman brewery. I'm not looking forward to drinking the others. This is such a brewing fail - as though the folks there have just thrown together ingredients without much understanding of how it will turn out, other than it being "one of a kind".

[email protected] Locale, Copenhagen - golden pour with white head. Fruity with bites of grape, grapeskin, slight grass and floral hoppy, with nice wine notes, good stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fin lys smag af frugter og noter af citrus, nok fra humlen. Passer sikkert rigtig godt i varmen i Rom, da den også har lidt fylde.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, wine, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, grapes, wine, and wet hay, leading to a dry finish.

HOME, 33 cl bottle, Gushing by opening (1/3 of the beer is already gone before drinking, carbonation is very active). This gives a cloudy beer with a yellow colour and an off-white head, which disappears fast (cola-like). Smell is malty, biscuit-like. Taste start sweet and nice fruity (orange, apple, pear, peach). Already fast a sour taste come up. The body is medium which is also sticky at the end. Besides the sour taste it is a nice fruity tasted beer.
