COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Unfiltered
Light lager beer of a straw yellow colour, clearly inspired by Czech-German Pils beer. It is produced with the best raw ingredients, giving it a good bitter content and a marked scent of hop. Alcohol, body and aroma blend perfectly, giving life to a clean and dry taste. Great with fried dishes, simple seafood dishes and as aperitif

A pilsner it has a bitter flavor and strong hop scent with a clean dry finish - great refreshing beer or apetiser matches perfectly with fried food

Into a snifter it goes from the strange medicine bottle it’s packaged in. I could mistake this one easily for a Belgian Tripel in the glass. Hazy, pastel orange with fine carbonation pushing up a mountainous two inches of tight white foam. Head holds and needs to be gnawed off. Sweet minty, pear drop and lemon grass nose with a light touch of blackbutt honey, green wheat grass and clove-like phenols. Frothy mouthfeel. Well rounded and spicy with that phenolic clap on the finish. Honey, dusty malts; powdery front. A light touch of fruit candi. Medial bitterness yielding more pepper than bitter hops. Fresh tasting, interesting and clean. This is quite a nice drop. Impressed!! (33cL, BBE 12/15, Int’l Beer Shop, Leederville)

Very nice lager with a never ever experienced maltiness - feels like a fresh bite in a malt bag, hops are covered behind the grains, low carbonation, little head, very enjoyable...

Bottle. Amber bodied with a medium, foamy white head. Aroma is sweet with Noble hops, grassy notes, grains and soft spicy notes. Taste is sweet malt, buttered biscuit, grassy hops, sweet fruit notes, dough and soft spice. Body is medium with a soft, bubbly carbonation. Finishes with more grassy and Noble hops, light spicy notes, sweet malt, bread and fruit notes.

Not what I would call a pilsner exactly, but more like an American Pale Ale. Darker, sweeter, pinier, and more complex like a well-made PA. This one comes with an outstanding head, with tightly-wound bubbles, that remain throughout the glass.

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit mittelmäßiger Schaumkrone. Geruch würzig herb, fruchtig. Geschmack angenehm herb, würzig, fruchtig.

Arrestingly herbal nose, gin and grass and mint and ... worty, grainy husky malt.. Wild. The streak of fluorescent green continues through a slightly murky and unclean palate, expanding into quinine like bitterness, not too shabby at 44ibu for an Italian lager, but doesn’t finish as clean as it could, peanut buttery, grainy and slightly dirty malt lingering alongside. In some ways this is great and reminds me of some of the more rustic Franconian pilseners with its full on mixture of herbal grassy hops and worty, grainy malt. Like a less refined version of weltenburger pils in particular with the gin-like hops. will be in Italy soon I reckon could be good fresher

Grape & Gourmet, VA Beach 11.2oz ($4.20): Pours a darkish colour for a pils with a white head Aroma is grass, grain, and hops. Taste is much the same. This has a nice amount of hop bitterness and having this ice cold after the beach was pretty nice to say the least. Another good Italian pils.
