3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Very carbonated beer all head misty amber body aromas citrus caramel the flavours citrus biscuit some caramel mild tastes because of the citrus bitter finish has flavours but taken over by the bitter taste
Squat, 330ml bottle. Unusual beer. Pours murky amber with a lingering off-white head. Starts off very malty - bread, caramel, toffee, grain, then grassy hops kick in through to the drying finish. EugeneStraver (311) - Nootdorp, NETHERLANDS - AUG 14, 2016
HOME (33 cl bottle): A light brown coloured nice good head above a clear amber beer. Smell of caramel malts, light sweetness with nuts, candy (light chocolate) and fruity (apple, pear and light peach). Hardly no hops aroma, but a nice hoppy bitterness in the taste. Taste starts caramel sweetness, but fast a hop bitterness is coming up, which makes the beer later dry bitter. The hops taste is also citrus-like as from red grapefruit, marmalade and melon). The palate is an average carbonation, medium body, slightly sweet sticky, dry bitter and somewhat alcoholic. Nice American Pale Ale. Lubiere (14151) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 20, 2016
A murky brown ale with a thick frothy lacing mocha head, gushed. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of nutty notes, resinous floral hops, light coffee grind, musty character, nice. In mouth, a nice toasted malt with light vinous notes piney floral hops, caramel candy, smooth alcohol warmth, very nice, for a 3 yr old ale. frankpoirot (33) - - MAR 7, 2015
a very balanced pale ale APA.
floral and citric aromas rise nicely into the nose.

shared bottle, poured a deep amber colour with a bit of a off head. aroma is like a spice in some candy my grandmother used to have, some kind of a spiced peppermint, spices, herbal notes, malts, horrible beer, the spice is to overwelming

Bottle @ home shared by Dutchdrebus. Hazy amber color, small off-white head that leaves fair lacing but diminishes fairly quickly. Weird aroma of some kind of fruits mixed with malts and old hops. Taste malts, herbal smoky bitterness, slightly a touch of nailpolish remover. Don’t like it at all. ansjelaah (1747) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - AUG 16, 2014
Bottle @benzai with dutchdrebus. Clear brown color with a small head. Smells malty, sweet. Tastes malty, some hops, bah bitter. Bah. DutchDrebus (6197) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - AUG 16, 2014
Bottle @ benzai. Amber colour with a medium sized off-white head. Smells some wood, some alcohol, some glue, malts. Tastes malts, bitter, sweetish. Annoyingly bitter somehow. Thin to medium body, soft carbo. Ragnampiza (757) - Rome / Lecce, ITALY - JUN 21, 2014
330 ml bottle. Dark sunrise orange, pretty hazy, with a nice, creamy and persistent off-white head. Good lacing. Relatively fresh aroma, lots of citrus and pine needles, some mild tropical fruits notes, red berries, High level of bitterness, very hoppy and juicy, slightly astringent, but it works perfectly. Correct toffee/caramel malt backbone, perhaps a bit too warming for just 6.3% ABV. Lingering bitter, floral and herbal/resinous aftertaste. Average carbonation, light to medium body, creamy texture. Pleasently surprised with this one! Great. skokott (42) - toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 6, 2014
Simply a hop delivery mechanism. Malt completely overpowered by hops which are so incredibly strong they all overpower each other into a big mess. Till, I do love hops and they’re good quality. Like a club soda with herbal bitters. I hate myself a little for liking it but it’s quite good.
The head on this is absurd. :)
