Very spicy aromatics -- both from the myrrh and the yeast, which is peppery and floral. Creamy palate, a little carbonation, and a drying finish. A little hot.

Tap at brewers choice. I nice yellow pour with white head. After the heaviness of some of the past things i was tasting this came in as pleasant surprise since our tasting sheet had on name of beers and not style. Nose of fruit and yeast. You get citrus, yeast, light molasses sweetness, pear, honey, and floral finish. wish i spoke with the brewers more about this hornet yeast craziness didn’t know about it until I looked it up to add to database
