COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dal Colore rubino carico, schiuma molto bella con sfumature cappuccino. Olfatto caratterizzato da un caramello tostato molto netto che tuttavia lascia seppur timidamente intervenire chiari sentori di fruttato e di luppolo inglese. Gusto armonico e retrogusto sorprendente nei toni di liquirizia e cioccolato. Lieve il luppolo che lascia campo libero ad un trionfale caramello.

Slightly hazy deep amber, good frothy off-white head, slowly diminishing, good lacing; aroma malts,light toasted, grain, bit yeast; taste medium sweet and bitter, bready malts, toffee; sweetbitter aftertaste, toasted, bit sugary; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation; nice.

Cask handpump at Orzo Bruno - Pisa. Pours clear copper with a frothy, off-white head. Roasty bread in the nose, light grain, dough, berries. Medium sweet flavorbwith more bready malts, light toasted caramel, herbal hops, slight pine, grass, ripe berries, wood. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Finishes with more bready, lightly doughy malts, some toasted grains, brown sugar, pine oils, orange, spicy and herbal hops. Not bad overall.
