COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Tap at Goblin Pub. Bright clear golden color, massive ice cream cone head. Aroma of subtle citrus. Taste is citrus, resin, orange peel, dry finish. Nice enough.

Tap at The Goblin Pub in Pavullo nel Frignano in the middle of Tuscany. Good luck finding this place! The pour is a clear amber with a massive ice cream float, majorly rocky head. Excellent retention and lace. Aroma is sweet orange, light vinegar, salt, sweat. Taste is sweet, clean, orange candy, bitter. Palate is dry, clean. Nothing too exciting but obviously made well. Needs some sort of aromatic hops and probably triple the bittering hops.
