Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, bread, lemon, brett, a touch of cinnamon and a balanced sourness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Low bitterness. Bottle at Open Baladin Torino. Pours clear gold with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with light lacing. Aroma is farmhouse Brettanomyces, earthy hops, wheat malt and moderate vinous character with soft lactic notes. Flavor is tart and lactic white grapes, dry farmhouse Brettanomyces with earthy wheat malt, earthy hops and light bitterness with a dry finish. App.: Cloudy to murky deep golden with a frail white head.
Aroma: Sour, citrus, light funk/barnyard, light bitter green herbs, leather.
Palate: Medium body with almost no carbonation.
Flav.: Tart citrus, lemons, lighter funk/barnyard/leather, some bitter green herbs; lightly to moderately tart with moderate bitterness and a lemony/funky finish.
Not quite my cup of tea.
