Hazy orange with a huge off white head. Aroma had brett, lacto and toasted malt. Sour flavour with brett, lacto, sour berries and toasted malt. Finished dry and sourish. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAR 6, 2011
It’s unclear, red-brown with sediment and a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, dark fruits, caramel and sweet coffee. The mouth-feel is slightly fizzy. The flavour is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, filled chocolates, dark fruits, light cocoa, and the finish is dry with a light bitterness. JorisPPattyn (10072) - BELGIUM - OCT 19, 2008
No head, copper-foxy beer. Solvent, diacetyl, powerfull and imposing - and not pleasing. Sharp MF, not finished, worts in full fermentation, hence the diacetyl, etc. Slick, buttery MF... Finish the beer, please. MartinT (10036) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 27, 2010

Caramel-glazed plums and dried apricots are offset by mild citrusy tartness in this barely carbonated dessert brew.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A slim film of foam covers the murky amber-laced dark russet.
-The very low carbonation makes the mouthfeel heavier than it should be. After reading other reviews, it seems to me their bottle conditioning might not be perfectly controlled.
-The finish is very quiet if you consider the loquacious dextrins.
-Orange peel subtleties appear underneath.
-The fruit salad seems to involve cherry allusions as well.
-here is little to no hop presence in here.
Draft. Amber-brown beer with a cream colored head. Tart and dark fruit aroma. Dark fruit and tart flavor with light yeast. Medium bodied. Tart and dark fruits linger with light spice and light yeast.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm) Hazy, amber colour with brief, frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of orange and raspberries. Malty taste with dried fruit, orange and caramel. Slightly grassy, citrussy finish. A bit sweet, but nice and well balanced. Less exciting than most of the other Ducato beers though. nimbleprop (8750) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - DEC 23, 2009
Sampled on tap at Churchkey, Washington DC. Pours a transparent, copper, gold with a thin, creamy white head. Aroma is sugary, some light belgian yeast, tropical fruits, caramel. Flavor is sweet, sticky fruity, a touch of candy. Finish is medium bodied. Kinda blah.
