ClubGonzo (5683) - Bergen, NORWAY - APR 8, 2016
Bottle. Slow gusher. Pours a murky pink-hued brown aroma. Aroma is balsamico, acetic acid, red berries, boozy cherry notes and hints of stone pits and coca-cola, wood and almonds. Taste is sour balsamico notes, cherries, horsey stable tones, wood, vanilla and hints of cherry pits, sawdust and raisins. Medium body, high carbonation. Nice and original sour from Ducato; rough, rustic and intense.

hazy reddish with a pink head - Sour wood and some bery notes - Gentle sour wood and berries - The sourness and berries goes into a long finish - This was good

Tap at Erzbierschof. Very sour indeed, with some bitter almond. Punchy, rather a bit too much. Almost flat.

Looks great, smells quite strange but what a fabulous taste. Really sour and gets better with each mouthful. However be careful it goes down easily. Lovely beer and worth a try even if you don’t normally like the "sours".

Świetny i wielopoziomowy trunek.

One2remeber (253) - Bucktown, Ohio, USA - FEB 11, 2016
Bottle 2011. Dark, murky brown with amber/orange hues. Absolutely no head. Very high acidity, vinegar. Tart, cherries. Reminiscent oak character of Fat Grapes winery, French oak barrels. Like your smelling the inside of a barrel. Taste is very unique, taste of juicy cherry pie, cherry filling. Not relatively tart, chewy, delicately sweet with a soft sourness, two flavors blend beautifully.

Taste is sour-ish dry, vinegar, sour cherries, oak, cherry stones, weeds, minerals, berry skin, balsamico. Medium bitterness, sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Very nice.
