Bottle at BarVolo. 2012 vintage. Wow, rich sour cherries, umeboshi, earthy grapes with a tart edge and wine texture, oak, long sour finish. Very impressive stuff, not for everyone but nicely deep and complex.

Bottle from Hofstetten: Amber color, no head. Aroma is sourly, sour cherries, brett, vinegar, hints of green apples, barrel notes. Flavor follows aroma with more acid and vinegar notes. Sour dry end. To sour for me with to intensive vinegar notes.

From bottle at CBF Wien.
Brownish-amber, hazy body, with almost no head.
Aroma of sour cherries, barrel, overripe fruits, vinegar, some sour berries, some red apples.
Taste follows this, with more barrel notes and some leather.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes sour, wooden, leathery, fruity.

Very nice. Lovely sour fruits, combined with barrel notes. Well hidden alcohol. Not among my favourite sour ales, but really enjoyable nonetheless.

Bottle, cuvee 2012. Pours murky red with small whitish head. Strong aroma of cherries with distinct Brettanomyces notes. Moderately sweet with well marked acidity at the same time. Lots of tannins in the aftertaste. Lively carbonated. Quite complex beer, maybe a bit to sweet but still very interesting.

Bottle @ OlutExpo 2015

Pours dark reddish with a massive foamy head. Aroma of sour berries, bretta, wood, tartness, hints of ripe fruits and earthiness. Taste is smooth, sourish, sweet and juicy with loads of berries, hints of bretta and oak. Finish is stingy, tart and sourish with some bretta and berries. Good.
