COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Barley wine equilibrio e raffinato, maturato in acciaio e successivamente invecchiato in bottiglia.

Moebbels (797) - FINLAND - SEP 23, 2016
A muddy brown beer with a frothy, well lasting head. Nose has deep malt, rye and sherry notes. Taste is quite sweet with a hefty bitterness on the finish. Lots of raisins, prunes, caramel malts and a hint of red wine. Very high carbonation for the style which makes the mouthfeel appear quite light. Interesting decently balanced beer with lots of alcohol warmth.

Intense notes of caramel and dark fruits, deep copper with a not very elegant and huge white head, medium/full body, too carbonated, again caramel and fruits...a good beer, not a fantastic barley/old.

33 cl bottle. BBE 01.09.2024.
Pours clear mahogany color with a very large frothy head. Light toffee on the nose, pale malts, some herbal hoppy notes, very faint sweet fruits and notes of wood. Sweet caramel and toffee on the flavor, spices, toasted malts, mild ripe fruits, apricot and very subtle cardboard-y tones, probably due to a very strong carbonation. Sticky sweet palate, alcohol comes through a bit, lingering sweet toffee finish. Feels a bit light due to the carbonation, otherwise decent sweet Barley Wine.

Zapach: słodowy aromat brzeczki, trochę ciemnych owoców, zielonego jabłka, delikatnie winny, szampański.
Smak: niska pełnia, spora słodycz, nuty słodowe, trochę ciemnych owoców, lekkie melanoidyny, dość wyraźny alkohol, goryczka w kierunku niskiej.
Wysycenie: wysokie.

(Birrificio del Ducato La Prima Luna) Dark orange cooured body, hazy, with a small and kind of frotthy off-white head on top, with average retention. Aroma of red and dark fruits, sugars, malts. Taste is sweet, with red fruits, apricots, sugars, caramel, dark fruits, light alcohol. Medium body with good carbonation. Quite good.
