Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a cloudy opaque dark brown with no head - completely flat. Amazing aroma of Brett, wood and indeed wine. Solid body, caramel, wood, tart cherries and again quite some Brett and funk. A little warming alcohol in the finish. Both delicate and extremely delicious. 230311 madmitch76 (24980) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 1, 2014

Murky red - brown beer, no head. Palate is light and softish and a touch viscous. No carbonation! Mellow gueuzey sourness kicks off but is soon joined by a nice tangy red wine steak. Good red wine berry fruits. The two elements come together very well in to a light smooth finish. Does a good job of hiding the abv.
Bottle at The Kernel during Thomas’s Birthday Party, London. Pours lightly cloudy ruby with a fine, bubbly head. Sweet caramel and toffee aroma, some cherries and light wood. Very sweet flavor, more caramel, some bourbon, honey, wood, vanilla. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Warm, sticky sweet finish, some caramel and vanilla, light wood, coconut, toffee, toast. Drinks well given the ABV. Very nice beer. Big. Rasmus40 (21141) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - NOV 22, 2011
