COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Why settle for the ordinary dark beers? Why not pursue my wildest dreams? My cravings had to be satisfied sooner or later….then I found her. She was much more than I expected much better than what I already had. Smooth, hypnotic and sensual, its charm was cloaked in a cloud of smoke. How could I not fall for her?

Smoked Porter is the evolution of Oatmeal Stout. This beer goes beyond the wildest dreams of the dark beer enthusiasts. It was a hard call leaving behind the great Oatmeal Stout but the very first sip of Smoked Porter proved I would not regret my choice. This beer tells entertaining stories that only take place in one’s imagination transporting us in worlds forgotten by the memory and experienced solely during our dreams. Recalling Central America’s cacao beans, its delicate roasts combine with aromas of wood coals and turf laid on a smooth bed of milk cream. Just like her other “sisters” it won’t strike you at the first sip, it would rather grow on you carefully with its sincerity and deliciousness. She is the perfect companion for raw salmon and shellfish. It is great on its own in solitude. When I am by myself, she keeps me company helping me to look deeper and understand things. Night is not only darkness, there is still a lot to be seen beyond our eyes.

Bottle 33cl, A dark beer with huge head, got gushing. Nose is on smoked notes with light sourish background. Aroma is on dry bitter chocolate and dark chocolate, medium smoked, light sourish touch on cherries notes, light licorice, bit thin. Finish is on wet weed and smokes notes.

Bottled 0,33L. Dark mahogany color, creamy nut head of discreet duration. Intense smoked and braced woody aroma, notes of ash, earthly, roast malty. Intense and discreet smooth taste, round alcoholic mouth, no crisp perception, very mellow with a solid roast wood and toasted malty final. Enduring bitter end.
