Draft at Borefts. Hazy golden yellow color, large fluffy white head. Aroma of dusty, peppery straw. Taste is dusty, dry hay with plenty of barntard. If you like brett, you’ll like this one. Very tasty.

On tap at Borefts 2012, Bodegraven. Pours clearish yellow with a fine, white cream head. Sugary malt nose rife with bretty funk. Great flavor, well and funky, with some fresh citrus, lemon and orange. Light to medium bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Bright funky finish, light to medium sweet with fine, pale malts. Great brett integration here.
