White foamy full lasting head. Golden cloudy colour. Aroma is moderately hoppy, fruity with citrus, apple, pear and yeasty notes. Flavor is malty, fruity with green apricot and apple tones, slightly sour, ending in a moderately fruity finish. Light bodied.
Bottle @ home. Cellared for two years. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is dry and tart with brett, lemon, grapes, earth, peppers, vanilla hints and a bit of horse pee. Taste is dry and lightly tart, medium sour. Small body, high carbonation. Notes of peppers, white bread, brett, lemon, grape fruit, stone fruit. Tart finish that is very peppery. While still nice it was better when served younger. anders37 (26678) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUL 16, 2017

Pours with a large but brief head, you can hear the fizzing. Pleasant crisp aroma, some lemony sharpness, some wheat, some white grape. Light palate, a bit fizzy and watery. Slightly minerally and chalky. Yeasty too. Some fruitiness in the finish too, but it’s a bit rough. Thin and throwaway, neither balls nor breasts to be found here.
330ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Clear pale yellow color. Medium size, white head, stays. Looks very fizzy. Herbal, yeasty, sweet, caramel, apricot in aroma. Sourish, apricot, wild strawberries, straw and touch of yeast in taste. Bit of white wine and apricot in aftertaste. Extremely fizzy carbonation. Drinkable brew. mansquito (6488) - Nueva York, New York, USA - MAY 20, 2017
Birch and Barley: pours golden with a small head. Aroma is sort of funky basement metallic. Taste is strangely very clean. Not your standard brettiness. Interesting and good. kraddel (8291) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - MAY 8, 2017
Thnx to the brewer. Pours very clear and very light yellow. No real head. Smell is weak, taste is bit bitter, floral, sour touch, bit sweetness. Aromatic. Not bad. NordicV (2348) - Malmö, Sweden, SWEDEN - MAY 8, 2017
Dimmig gyllengul öl med ett vitt skum. Doften är fruktig med citrus och äpple. Lättare toner av saisonjäst. Detsamma återkommer i smaken. harrisoni (18796) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAY 3, 2017
Bottle from Reading BF 2017 and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold colour with a thick white head. Good yeast saison aroma and good lemon and hop. A bit over carbonated, but it was really good on a slightly funky saison and also I liked the lemon flavour. Yes very drinkable and the level of lemon curd is rather good. LEMON. Quite dry as well.
