Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, small head. Aroma of nougat and cardboard. Very sweet with dense full body. Very malty with marzipan-like yeast tones. The sweetness collides with resiny bitterness. Powerful and a bit off balance, still likable and interesting. Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 17, 2010
