COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Handpump @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Ambrata carica, limpida, schiuma media bianco sporca, molto persistente. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Buona.

Slightly hazy copper with a big head. Looks over carbonated got an English bitter. Aroma flowery and earthy. Taste sweet and a little under attenuated, carbonation slightly too high for a bitter but not as bad as I expected from the head. Not very good, but I think it has potential of the brewer gets a better handle on their fermentation.
